I think it's because of Shakib's knee and finger injury.. The management have been saying it over and over again that they will make sure that they don't overuse Shakib.. But yes Shakib was just getting into his rhythm so he could have bowled few more overs...

Denesh Ramdin still averages better than Sir Ash. So, no point in ruling him out while he is still there. 400 easily on the cards.

Whats up with Sohag Gazi bowling 24 overs and someone like Naeem bowled only 5? Why is Mushfik making Shakib and him work so hard?

To be honest, our part-timers and pacers are way below the standards.

Rubel shouldn't bowl for the rest of the day.
Ridiculous 2 boundaries per over, going at a T20 econ.

We should go with 8 batsmen and two spinners in Gazi and Sunny with Nazmul being the lone pacer in the 2nd Test

Apparently he is an improved Test bowler. I'd have played Abul instead of him.

I'd rather have fast bowling allrounders in the team for reasons that are more or less obvious.

That was also the last time Bangladesh played test cricket where he took a 6-for, so #Iblamelackoftestcricket!

I was talking about ODIs, T20Is too. He has been plain blunt with the ball.

I'd have still played him over Abul before the game began, but expected a much better performance from him. Not this boundary happy phase he is going thru at the moment.

At least Abul can take wickets no matter how wayward he is. Shahadat is just a domestic bully. Rubel has been atrocious too. I'd rather have Ziaur as our opening bowler! At least he can bat!
