We think we are just looking for a scapegoat and its easy to point at mushy and management. In fact all the batsmen are to be blamed.

Zim scoring 389 is reasonable. But we scoring 134 is beyond acceptable.
Yap... Im not agree with musy caltincy changing... Hes fine. Just drop old kheth naffes n shahadat forever... N use ur brain, play inform batsman mominul.

He never makes a good argument with his strategic and tactical decisions. Now that he's in one of his familiar down cycles with the bat as well, hopefully that fact will become obvious to those who simply won't see his inadequacies as captain.

Test cricket matches are won by sound strategic and tactical decisions on the field, not brain dead and dogmatic adherence to some sissy ODI script. Captaincy is much more than a popularity contest ESPECIALLY for a team with limited ability.

Although Mohammad ashraful's stats does not favour him to be captain, I think he has a good brain in terms of tactics and thinking on field.

Exactly my thought. Thank you for summarizing it nicely!

He was a good captain in term of strategy and tactics. But, I don't know if his place is assured in the team. Right now, we don't have any good prospect. But, the moment one comes up, Mushfiqur should lose his captaincy. It looks like he does not have the aptitude to be a good captain.

Greatly put man. Hope nasir is the guy but not as of yet. I say give hime a year or two to comfortably settle in as a senior player in our team.

Drop Mushfiq. I was one of his biggest supporters but he really has no tactics. Need Tamim to be captain for the meantime.

Let captains do their job. And sack them if they don't. But don't saddle them with dozens of ill-qualified advisors in the form of coaches, trainers and managers. By Ian Chappell

Captaincy should go to someone who has firmly established himself in all formats of the game, Abdur Razzak would have been a great batsmen had it not been for his more than occasional poor shot selection with the bat. To me that's an indication that He may not be the best captain to lead Bangladesh. Sorry Razzak, we love you but I have to tell you this even if it hurts.....

I find it very wrong to judge someone on his bad days unless if these bad days are too frequent like Ryad for example.
Whereas Mushy, well not too long ago he lead from front scoring a double hundred against Sri.
about tactics, yes he is not so good but I remember people used to get pissed with Sakib's tactics too.
I'm a strong believer that Mushy will stay captain for a long time.

We can't go on firing captain every time we lose a game. First off, give the captain players who are mentally ready to win games. Give him better pace bowlers, more consistent batsmen and selectors who are capable of selecting the right players who are hungry for wins.
Until we address these things, firing captain will not bring any positive result.

Mushy is just a bit too defensive. Other than that he's fine.

he did not bring in Shakib early enough and could have used Ash more after he got a wicket. But Shakib might have opted to not bowl as there was no real need for it and he is just coming back from an injury. Ash has always been used as 1 or 2 over bowlers, not sure why, even when he is successful.

Either way, I have not seen anything that requires any attention at all toward reconsidering the captaincy.
