That loss was more of a slap in the face then a blessing in disguise, sorry can't agree man.

We drop more catches, We lose more matches! today we dropped 6

Revenue wise we are making more profit right? Had it been dead rubber, there would be few turnout. I am guessing tonight's match is sold out too?

If we can't turn it around against WI...that slap is the blessing. At least we won't have fans making a bunch of idiots look like the world beaters.... At least we will know what to expect n Srilanka series and there after.......

If we can ... We will have a toughened up team for Srilanka series, that series will be much tougher than this series......

Wining a series like a lottery wouldn't have given us the real picture of these chokers...this loss would have been viewed so leniently....and people would have come up with justifications like we justify our children's exam failures in KG levels.......

That was the blessing I was talking about....don't think I need to say anything more....

We have learnt to fight it out. Although it was at times very feeble and shaky...but we got there. This will teach something to every player.....

And why you want to defeat me...

I said that in my opening posts too.... That's the blessing I was talking about. That defeat in third match and a turn around by WI, gave us the perfect opportunity....learning was in either way, whether we would lose or win the series... But winning the series fighting an inform WI team was a better lesson, to go for the next series in SL. This team will go with some self belief. Off course it has also shown us the weaknesses, that we have to work on......

Lots of positives to take from this series for our future.....but the best thing that I liked most was ... How to win from down under.... How to turn around when the opponents are on top of you....

It was a challenging situation for them to win this series. And they have done it. It's a huge step forward for the boys as a team and of course for our cricket...

^ I agree. Especially today despite losing Tamim and Anamul cheaply the way they fought their way back into the match is no small matter.

I think rarely any debutante could have faced such tough challenging situation like this series and specially today's game, the way they have witnessed all the extreme ups and down, rough and tough how cricket could get within short time. If they could took pressure like today's game now think how much they will sustain on upcoming challenges. Not everyday game you see such kind of drama like today's final match. What a lesson it was for our newcomers(Anamul, Mominul, Gazi(another Shakib kind of mentality guy)). If these newbies can play and at such atmosphere and pressure like today's match within their heart don't you think they are ready yet! I certainly can say they are very much ready for this level of cricket.
