Default Woudn't it more helpful for us if we could arrange BPL ODD/Test instead of BPL T20 ? ? ?

I think we must arrange BPL ODD/Test instead of BPL T20 from the next year.

$$$ does the talking I'm afraid. This could be successful for Bangladesh Cricket or a total disaster and we just have to wait and see. Hopefully if it does go to plan which I pretty much doubt, will be able to use the profits to improve our Cricket i.e. matches, facilities etc.

I doubt any attempt like that not necessarily BCB, for any board would be a huge challenge to ensure full-time participation for frontline players of different national teams.
It would not allow players much window for such long term professional tourneys, regardless of the profitability of the arrangement. The continuity of IPL actually got popularity based on the shortened time required and lot of flexibility for participants to play for their own side and also country club cricket.
This may not be successful for ODI or Test like competition. Yes, it could be a huge improvement for the locals but possibility of happening such tournament is almost zero.

No. BPL is the biggest source of income for our players, with the exception of Shakib. But the lack of Tests is definitely frustrating and needs to be addressed by the BCB. Even the likes of Bashar, Pilot, JO played more Tests in a year than our current batch and it's simply unacceptable. We need to be playing at least 5/6 Tests each year and if the established countries don't wanna play us get Zimbabwe over for a 3 Test series.

And I really hope the BCB launch a List A equivalent of the BCL. There is no List A tournament in the country since the suspension of the NCL One-Day League over two years ago.

Profit dude. They could get more overseas players for BCL though - I wonder why they don't do that.
