Pak- 40/7 - Lunch
Cricinfo summary of morning session:
12.30pm: South Africa are getting used to this aren't they? Pakistan's batsmen knew they had a challenge on their hands this morning but they have failed miserably against some high-quality bowling from South Africa. Dale Steyn was his usual remorseless self at the start of the day, snaking the ball away late to torment the top order. The other three were also near the top of their game, and one of the best deliveries of the session was the one Kallis got to rear up at Azhar Ali to break the only stand of note in the session. Can Pakistan avoid the follow-on? Still 14 runs away.

I question their test status.

If this continues then I see no reason why big teams cannot face a team like Bangladesh at least in our home grounds.

I'm sure Bangladesh would've scored at least a 100 against them on these surfaces first time.

Steyn's 6 wkt for 8 runs!!

SA Made a Mistake I guess ... It could be risky. But if they succeed, they will benefit from the batting practice in next test and entire series

Have to watch, it's an interesting decision.

when the press was glorifying Pak performance after restricting SA to 253 I was laughing knowing they'd get bundled out for less than 150. but less than 50? even I didn't see that coming.

Don't worry man. South Africa is doing this to everyone now with their high quality attack. You guys still have a very good bowling attack

Our lowest score in our last tour of SA back in '08 was 121. And that was when Ash was captain and we had a really crappy team. Had Smith imposed the follow-on I'm sure the match would've been over in 2 days.

India also drew a series against SA 1-1 in 2010, do you think they still can at the moment?

^Current Bangladesh Test team is better than it was in 2008. At least batting wise.
