Emergency checklist after getting dumped?

There are many desis with low self esteem here. :P And since by nature we are not good looking and like to creep up on blond chicks at campus, or/and get rejected/dumped, what are some good checklists to go through for recovery process?

There is no checklist Zee. For boys and girls if dumped, all really need only one thing. Lots and lots of tissue papers: but for entirely different reasons for the two types.
