I hate both the teams. One gets support from 'Razakar group' and the other one exploits 'Razakar group' for their own benefit. All are same. They don't have any moral. All are blood sucking, power greedy politicians (there are few good people though who get the blame for other's wrong doing).

imo None should feel guilty for party's Pakistan (oppressors) support stand or embarrassed to support Jamat at present time as opposition party trying associate with groups like Razakar, Al Badr and Al Shams. But must hold responsibility to flash out all these war criminals and let the nation & world know the truth how/why these crimes were executed during Bangladesh liberation war time, help route a justice for the victims.
Real part that’s inescapable from embarrassment is after the independence, for 40+ years to try re-writing our history, how these crimes & criminals were sheltered, ignored, pardoned, safe-guarded by all of our beloved politicians afterwards from all parties.

ঢাকা, ২৪ মার্চ: চলচ্চিত্র ব্যক্তিত্ব মাসুদ পারভেজের (সোহেল রানা) নেতৃত্বে চিত্রনায়ক শাকিব খানসহ এক ঝাঁক তারকা জাতীয় পার্টিতে যোগ দিচ্ছেন। এ উপলক্ষে রোববার বিকেল তিনটায় রাজধানীর হোটেল সোনারগাঁওয়ে এক বর্ণাঢ্য অনুষ্ঠানের আয়োজন করেছেন পার্টির চেয়ারম্যান হুসেইন মুহম্মদ এরশাদ।

পার্টির চেয়ারম্যানের প্রচার ও প্রকাশনা বিষয়ক উপদেষ্টা রিন্টু আনোয়ার বার্তা২৪ ডটনেটকে জানান, অনুষ্ঠানে সোহেল রানা ও শাকিব খান ছাড়াও রোজিনা, নুতন, ববিতা ও চম্পাসহ অনেকেই উপস্থিত থাকার কথা রয়েছে।

তবে আমেরিকায় অবস্থান করায় নায়িকা চম্পা অনুষ্ঠানে যোগ দিতে পারছেন না।

সোহেল রানা বার্তা২৪ ডটনেটকে বলেন, “আমিতো পার্টিতে অনেক আগেই যোগ দিয়েছি। আগামী কাল (রোববার) জাস্ট সেলিব্রেটি প্রোগ্রাম।”

আপনার সঙ্গে পার্টিতে আর কে কে যাচ্ছেন- এমন প্রশ্নের জবাবে কৌশলে তিনি বলেন, “আমার ফ্রেন্ড, কলিগ অনেকেই যেতে পারে।”

এছাড়া চিত্রনায়িকা রোজিনা বার্তা২৪ ডটনেটকে বলেন, “আমাকে আমন্ত্রণ জানানো হয়েছে। কিন্তু গত দুই সপ্তাহ ধরে আমি অসুস্থ। তাই অনুষ্ঠানে যাওয়ার বিষয়টি এখনো নিশ্চিত করতে পারছি না।”

গত ২০ মার্চ এরশাদের জন্মদিন উপলক্ষে গুলশানের হোটেল ওয়েস্টিনেও এসেছিলেন সোহেল রানা। এর আগে তার জন্মদিনে গিয়ে শুভেচ্ছা জানান এরশাদ।

জানা গেছে, আগামী দশম জাতীয় সংসদ নির্বাচনে সব আসনে প্রার্থী দিয়ে একক নির্বাচনের প্রস্তুতি হিসেবে এটি জাতীয় পার্টির আরেকটি নতুন উদ্যোগ। বিষয়টি নিয়ে পার্টির নেতাকর্মীদের মাঝেও প্রাণচাঞ্চল্য তৈরি হয়েছে।

If I am forced to vote, than I would most likely vote AL, just because of lack of choice......
That still doesn't change the fact that I hate their student wing and want all of them hanged, I do believe there are plenty of rogue elements inside the party and I definitely do not envision a bright future for Bangladesh under the current leadership of AL.

Predictably, I voted for AL despite being one of its toughest, but fairminded critics. I believe in its ideals, as exemplified by Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmed and others, even when many of its powerful leaders don't or won't. Sadly, many aren't even aware of what they are.

I believe the Party and what it stands for to be greater than any of its members, and Bangladesh and her people to be far greater than any political party.
