Almost like a quarter final match. If Barisal wins, they will go through to semis with a superior run rate. Otherwise Rangpur keeps their fourth position in the table.

Ok, I got the calculation wrong, according to Prothom Alo "আজ রংপুর রাইডার্স-বরিশাল বার্নার্সের ম্যাচে বরিশাল জিতলে রাজশাহীই চতুর্থ দল হিসেবে উঠবে শেষ চারে। রংপুর জিতলে উঠে যাবে রংপুরই।".
Translation: If Barisal wins, Rajshahi will go to semis, otherwise Rangpur will keep the fourth position. Out of the five matches between Rajshahi-Rangpur-Barisal so far, Rajshahi have won three of them. So if points are level among three teams, Rajshahi will go through with better head-to-head results. Nothing for Barisal to win from this match, sigh.
