Bangladesh news
Bangladesh's summer of woes
It has been a bad summer for Bangladesh cricket, with the A team, Under-23s, and Under-19s all performing poorly on their respective tours
Mohammad Isam

Bangladesh cricket's misery has lurched from off-field controversies to a string of on-field disappointments, as the A team, the Under-23s and the Under-19s have had very little to show by way of results on their tours to England and Singapore this month.

There is surely a gadha here and surely Isam is not the one. The reasons others refuse to play with us is precisely because of what transpired on the field and not because of what sport reporter reports on what transpired on the field. You think the only way the other sports boards gets to know about the sorry state of Bangladesh cricket is by reading Isam's report?
Seriously - the sorry state of our cricket is more attributable to attitudes like this than anything else. What he doesn't know can't hurt us. Sweep everything under the rug. See, everything is hunky dory. Shob Bhua.

As far as International cricket is concerned, our last intl. match was when Laurasia and Gondwanaland were united and our next international match will mark the advent of an era of the Jetsons.
