BDFlag NZ tour of Bangladesh 2013 Get Together(s)

Feels like ages, since we last had an International series in Bangladesh. So, it only makes sense to have a BanglaCricket get-together in Dhaka for the NZ series.

Here is the schedule from ESPNCricinfo(NZ tour of Bangladesh):

We have three options in hand - either to go for the 2nd Test or one of the first two ODI's, scheduled in Mirpur.

I have decided to include a poll.. Choose which matches you'd prefer! If anyone's up for it, we can have more than one get-together as well!

I want to visit Dhaka for the two ODI's. I am a bit worried about the security situation after the 25th October. Is it safe to travel at that time ? Can someone advise ?

Bcb is such freak that they have not put a single match in weekends. Crazy! How we can watch!

And also starting a test match on Monday has anyone seen that in recent times ? Every board sets the timing in such a way that tests are starting from Wednesday/Thursday so that 4th day is on a holiday. But our BCB has put all the tour matches on weekdays!

Not ODIs are on off days. BCB er chagolgula manus hoilo na.

If the match goes to D5 then Friday of Dhaka test will be a good option.

Maysun i think with the political tention looming for tommorow it'll be hard for guys who are not from mirpur to go home after the match ends

we should do this on any of the ODIs

Missing in action here in BC lately.
With all the uncertainty with political situation and possible genjam, I'd rather stay at home and spend the Friday with my little son and watch cricket.

I live in Siddeswari, the centre of all genjaimma area.
Ek dike BNP office Paltan e, arek dike Jamaat office Moghbazar e.
Sohrawardi Uddan bashar pichone, beshi dure na.

Mouchak mor, Moghbazar mor, Malibag railgate, Ramna area (around VNC) are the hot spots for burning car festival and these are my entry/exit points.

Better stay at home, though really would have loved to be at the ground.
