Should we bat, bat and bat on for a draw or give NZ something to chase after?
at first I was like we should go for a win...then i was like we need to nurture Mominul and ease him into like a triple. then i was like let the game unfold...but a win is very likely due to a fifth days like bad wicket...toh like draw korbo naki jitbo....draw korle jodio selfish hobe if mominul can like stay to the end...kintu jitle like amra khushi hobo
dilemma dielmma....first world problem

Make then chase with 40+ overs at 5+ rpo. Rather go for a chance at win instead of ensuring a draw.

A win will be extremely difficult here. I think we have a better chance of chasing 250 in 50 overs than defending it and bowling the opposition out, unless Shakib injures all his limbs on his way to a ten wicket haul. Our bowling sucks and I bet Rubel/Al Amin will give it away in the first ten overs if we set them 250 off 45/50.

Set them 250 off 45. I'd love to see us declare just to take the mick.
If Mominul's still at the crease, then let him bat till the end.

Go to 250 lead. Do a blitzkrieg, getting a 100 more runs asap, throwing the kitchen sink at em. Right after that, they should have around 50 overs to get 350 runs .

We should bat with a positive intent tomorrow morning.
Morning session:
First 10 overs : Survive and solidify. @ RPO 2.5, 25 runs
Next 10 : If wicket in hand, up the ante, @ RPO 3.0, 30 runs.
Last 10 : Again, if wicket in hand, accelerate @ RPO 3.5 = 35 runs
That's 90 runs in the morning session.
If we can manage to keep wickets, we could even go for 10 extra runs.
Lead of 114 + 90 = 204 runs.
After lunch, play for 10 overs, go for the kill
Add 40-50 runs.
Give them 250 runs to chase in 50 overs.

Most important factor in determining the approach should be the condition of the pitch. I don't think the pitch will deteriorate much, so I'd like us to set a target of 280 in 40/45 overs. I'd take a drawn series against a top 8 team any day. It'll be evidence that we've learned how to walk, in the next home series we can make an attempt at "running" by taking bit more risks if similar opportunity presents itself. If pitch starts really turning, I wouldn't mind setting a target of 250 in 50 overs.

Give them a target that will lure NZ to give it a go. 5th day pitch should turn a lot. A mistake here and there by them and we have a great opportunity to win it...

You guys are talking as if you were born yesterday.
We had been in this situation many many many times that I lost count. As a norm, we will come to bat tomorrow morning, score 15/20 runs and then the familiar collapse will begin. Before you know it, there will be Rubel batting with Razzak - Razzak will go for a duck, Rubel will be not out on 8. We will be all out before lunch, giving the Kiwis less that 170/180 to win in 2 sessions. Kiwis will do it in 1. Anderson will be the MoM. Kalam will praise Shakib. Our dearest captain will give post match interview to Shamim saying - 'DEFINITELY'... we lost but we will take all the POSITIVES from the match and apply them to the ODI series...'
Yes - been there.. done it... bought a T-shirt.

We won't be lasting too long anyway. I will be happy if we can give NZ a 200 plus target before we get bowled out.

We need to bat sensibly in the morning. If we can get a 200 lead with 6+ wickets in hand, we can then open up and try to give NZ a 270+ target in 50 overs (or 250 in 45). If NZ can make it, they deserve to win. But, I like positive but smart cricket.
