it's the players and the domestic structure, the domestic structure is far from strong which is a major issue but the players need a better attitude, they need a better work ethic, they need to take responsibility for the negatives and they need to be proactive about improvement of their own game, those things are up to an individual and at the international level there is no excuse. everything needs to get more professional and i'm not saying domestic structure doesn't affect attitudes because obviously these players came into a domestic structure which was coupled with poor cricket culture and attitude but they are different things and when a player gets to a certain level that is no excuse.
