Default Let's Move on and Focus on Beating India in Quarterfinal

Losing such a close match is very disappointing, but remember we are still very much in this WC. Maybe SA would have been a better opposition for us than India in QF, but today's match showed nothing is impossible. Most pundits and analysts had written us off but we very nearly proved them wrong. In fact I would say we did prove them wrong.
Anyhow, our original capitano Mashrafe wil be back for the next match being well rested and ready to go. One thing is for sure though, after today nobody will write us off against India. So, let's just be proud of our effort today and focus on beating India. Semifinal! Here we come!!

P.S. And let's not be too harsh on Shakib. He is just not a very good tactical captain. In fact, nobody in our team are except for Mash.

I hope the decision to not bowl Rubel in the last 10 overs didn't create as much divide in the team as it did among the fans. Hope there is no rift in the team heading to the India match.

I dont think so. Shakib was bowling really good during the match and saved rubel for last over. Idiotic decision. But some works some doesnt. He tried to do something different. But i dont think it would create divide among players. They would all want to win the next game.

Lets do it for Mashrafe. His last world cup. A true legend of Bangladeshi cricket. A true fighter.

India is very beatable. They have an overhyped bowling lineup. And if we can choke their runs, their batsmen will perish. If we chase a target less than 260, 270 our chances rise dramatically.

Indian key players, Dhawan, Kohli and Dhoni. Get them out and they will bundle out less than 260 easily.

You are not the only one here Apu.

Today's result was just perfect. We played really well, lost a very close match and were able to Avoid SA. Not saying that India would've been an easier opponent but definitely easier than SA I think.

I don't think this is Mashrafe's last world cup. It might be.

But knowing what a hero he is, he will come out of the ICU if necessary and bowl his liver out on the field.

InshAllah !! Our only chance of winning is to play as a team. If one fails the other should just take it from there just the way they did it against Scotland and England !! All the best boys

Yes, it will be an interesting contest. I am looking forward to a Rubel - Kohli Part 2. I think Rubel will take care of him this time around. I just hope MCG have a bit more pace and bounce.

he he great minds think alike

Yeah in this condition I am more afraid of Styne-Morkel-Philander ..And obviously don't want our bowlers to face AB de V at such a crucial match !!

Yes India is tough opponent but may be may be we have a chance with them if we play to our full potential and also I don't think SA will continue to choke forever right? Any out of form team actually gains their form against us so didn't want that to happen..

Another 3rd week of March and another win against India in WC. Let's win it for Mash - a true Bangladeshi. Let's win it for Rana and let's win it for Bangladesh.
