East Zone are running out of time. They've sent Abul at 3 to get a move on. This should be interesting.

Shadman gone for a rapid 78. 66 still needed to win.

Wow 4 quick wickets and Central Zone sniff a win. East Zone need 16 runs. Central Zone need 3 wickets.

Think that's a good innings from shadman, isn't the fastest scorer naturally but he obviously turned it on for this innings, needs to convert his 50s a bit more but his average is at 50 so he's been consistent nonetheless.

Shadman is certainly a talent worth nurturing. Bangladesh has to organize some A team tours. I doubt he can crack the national team now(just add him to the queue after Litton, Rony). Local coaches, academy coaches, selectors should keep a solid eye on his progress.

Alok Kapali is in some serious form at age of 31. 2nd Double hundred of the season. First one was 211* and today 225*, still going

Kapali is only 24 runs short of 1K runs this FC season. Great going!

This is the best FC tournament of Bangladesh. As we have top order issues in test so I am naming the Openers of this tournament.

Shamsur
Rony
Liton
Junaid
Anamul
SN
Nafis
Sandman

Need to add Jahurul and Myshiqur as back up.

Top order has been pretty good this series with tamim, imrul and mominul. The top 3 spots for next series are already booked. But it is awesome to see such competition with the top order spots. Liton, anamul and shadman would be the 3 to watch imo, they are talented and already performing very consistently at a young age.

Liton or anamul may even take a spot down the order in tests if they're chosen to keep wicket.

Right, top order is performing well in this tournament. Recent form of Imrul changed the scenario. We don't have back up opener now. Need to prepare some one. Liton is a good contender for the spot. Though Anamul among runs still i have little faith on this guy. I like Shamsur over Anamul as test opener.

We badly need good fast bowlers for test Cricket.Need to start preparing some pace friendly wickets for FC matches. It's painful to see guys like reza ,mukhter playing as specialist pacers

Have you seen Mukhter in action? What's wrong with him?

I actually wanted to point out the lack of fast bowlers in domestic cricket. Reza ,mukhter these guys r all medium pacers.Mukhter is slower than even Shahid.Still their respective team plays them as specialist pacers along with bunch of spinners.

BCB should allow 2 foreign players per team in BCL. One of them must be a bowler (preferrably pacer).

Also every national team player must play certain numbers of first class matches per year.

Congrats Mosaddek on another 100

Average 60+ in fc now at age of 19. With Hs of 282.

Riyad should be worried. Nasir, Shabbir, Mahmudul and now Mosaddek all are after one spot in test cricket

Experienced players if inform is a better choice for the Test Matches. I won't mind if he gets a call in India test.

Last round of BCL will start from May 24. I guess the league is delayed so that national team players can take couple of weeks break from cricket (they deserve it) and then can play in the last round. I wonder if any of them will play in the final or will be kept away to keep them fresh against India.
