Default Holland not out of this.

Bangladesh had a chance 2 win by 30 runs, and did not close the game down.
Sure if they win all games they are through.
But the fact of Oman close win over Ireland, and bangladesh win by 8 runs means the run rates are similar.
If rain or loss to Bangladesh occur this group will go down to run rates.
This is a much harder group than Zimbabwe's group.
Oman,ireland are capable of upsets.
While Bangladesh favourites, its not over to the fat lady sings.

Not saying that.
Just saying 2 wins in a group may not be enough.
Obviously if Holland lose another game, and or is rained out they are out.

Because they lost last night, technichally true Ireland not out of this.
Looked at the other thread on this and they are proclaiming 8 runs is lots against Omans' run rate.
But only 1 game in we we know more after the next set of games.
All teams in this.

Brockley bro, Netherlands is a good team, I am quite impressed by them actually. Good bowlers and batters who look quite powerful, and the thing that impressed me the most they are all of Dutch decent unlike Oman, HK, Singapore, Malaysia, UAE and so on full of Pakistanis and Indians (fake teams). Teams like Dutch, Irish, Namibians are more exciting to watch too and should definitely play more regularly with us and Afghans another rising star.

Cooper and Peter borren aren't. Myburg, Bukhari isn't either. But the rest are dutch born or are Dutch descendants as their names would suggest.

Bukhari is probably not but still... You can have one or two surely... Compared to HK, SG, UAE and lots of others which I think is a complete travesty of game if you ask me they are pretty much a pure Dutch team... Surely you will have a few exceptions.

Those are four too many non-dutch players in the team. They are also their most important players. So, basically Ireland (not sure) and Scotland are the only associates to have a team of 100% native players.

Ireland have had expats play for them as well. Current crop maybe more pure. Not sure about Scotland though

True good point Shirsho.
Ireland and Holland in a position to not only win 2 games, but up their run rate.
But run rates pretty close.
Wouldn't rule out Oman.

When England field players from other nationalities, should you blame the associates for doing the same?

Are there any Bangladeshi ex-pats or players of Bangladeshi origin playing for any of the associate teams or any team?

We see a lot of players of Indian/Pakistani origin playing for teams like HK, UAE, Oman etc

The Netherlands have four "proper" Dutch players in their squad of 14: van Meekeren, Seelar, Malik, Kingma.

Myburgh - South African
Barresi - South African
B. Cooper - Australian
T. Cooper - Australian
Borren - New Zealander
van der Merwe - South African
van der Gugten - Australian
van Beek - New Zealander
O'Dowd - New Zealander
Bukhari - Pakistani
