BDFlag Match Thread=>#WinnerGoesToTheFinal|BANGLADESH V PAKISTAN|Asia Cup, Super-4, 6th Match| Abu Dhabi, September 26th, 2018, 11:30GMT, 15:30 local time

And loser packs their bags...

Welcome,

Rupchanda

Achari Chicken

Should Bangladesh stick with the same team?
Pakistan are not going to make it easy for BD.

Hold on to catches. Fielding will be crucial in this game.

All the best

You should have put 'butter chicken' for Pakistan the way they are dropping catches.

I hope their hands get more buttery against us.

Ah good catch(pun intended)

The Pakistan Restaurant next to my home doesn't have that on their menu.

Went to PakPassion to see how Pak fans are feeling about tomorrow's match. Majority are feeling nervous, few thinking that BD will win

I'd say Pakistan are favourites. I won't be surprised if they win. Our batting is fragile, and we need runs on the board. One of Imrul/Sarker has to play at the top. You can't continue to have the two inexperienced openers together otherwise the same situation would arise again. Personally, I'd return Imrul to the opener slot despite scoring an unbeaten 50 at the middle-order in the last game. Remember, Imrul has been our second best opener since the world cup, so it makes sense to open again.

I think we are taking the Pakistani team very lightly. Bangladesh is the no.1 team for cold streak teams for making a comeback... I have a feeling their bowling will be tough on our players

This PAK team > BD team on paper. However, matches are not won till the last run has been scored. I have a good feeling that it will be IND V PAK final, consedering how our players are performing.

Well not really, I do have their menu in my home, nothing at all about butter chicken.

We often buy naan there

Yes! It's that one.

They're under new management now, we'll for a few months now. Same guy making the naan, but different biryani cook. They added lime/lemon into it now. Well seasoned.

Yeah, the kebabs are savory.

If we take inspiration from Afgun we will either loose in last over or tie.

This Bangladesh team is ranked among the top 7/8 ODI sides in the world with multiple series wins . It's high time some of our fans gets out of the minnows mentality of days gone by when we used to take the field to have respectable losses, yes we will have bad days and we might lose tomorrow but we must know this team is also capable of beating anyone. I just hope the players are also not in that minnow mentality and back themselves to win this, the lack of belief plagues us still like a disease and holds us back.

As they should, if sarkar and kayes are replacing shanto and mithun/das, we are favourites

Various newspapers suggested that Shanto will be replaced by Sounya, and Opu will be replaced by Rubel. So looks like Mithun will play tomorrow
