Default Match Thread: ICC CT 2017 SemiFinal #1: England vs Pakistan~ June 14th: 09:30GMT

Who do you think will win this one?

Will Fakhar dominate Wood?

Will we see a repeat of last year's World Record score, 444?

Discuss.

England is just too strong in this Tournament, both batting and bowling is clicking for them.

Pakistan as a cricket nation has more experience in Big stages like knockouts.

should be a cracking game

My prediction:

ENG vs PAK ---> ENG will go to Final
BD vs IN ---> 90% chance for IN to go to the Final, but we (BD) might have a chance to make it inshAllah.

Final: ENG vs BD or IN ---> ENG will win the CT'17 (though secretly I want BD to be the winner inshAllah)

I wanna see Hales v Amir
Root v Amir

The trump card for Pakistan will be the impressive Hasan Ali... and not the enigmatic Amir.

Hasan Ali and Babar could be key in this match.

No Amir due to back injury. He didn't do much anyway. I would've batted first!

If England puts 300+ runs on board I think it will be a bit too much for this minnow team to chase.

Pakistan will be handed a fitting farewell tonight. England will just butcher these trundlers.

The problem is even when England score 500 the Azhar and Hafeez chachas will play at a SR of 60-70 to get a respectable score on board like 180-220

Drop. Tough chance but a more fitter fielder would have caught that!
