Default can Murali be our cricketers\' role model

lankan cricketers are very dedicated to their culture, heritage, honesty, integrity, and also they are very generous.
Vaas himself a priest and Murali became embassador...it requires lot of sacrifice...but indeed it molds their character and honesty....
hope BD cricketers and even us also learn from these examples..it will not only help them to boost their morality but also it will help the team to acheive their goal.

One big difference between Sri Lanka and the rest of the sub-continental countries is they have the highest literacy rate. It is much higher than India, pak, Banglades, Nepal and others. The positive impact of education shows through.

srilanka's litaracy rate is 99-100%, by different sources. this is just awesome. there is no other 3rd world country like that. question is, can there litaracy and all those great qualities can be used to bring their problems to an end?

Their "problem" is purposefully imported from a neighboring country.

literacy rate...hmmm...reminds me of...

MBA!

so are you guys saying that the literacy rate is all that makes the difference, or that literacy is required, but not at the expense of talent and cricketing ability?

Asif: In this context, literacy rate might have made the difference, I suppose.

yes, maybe between bangladesh and sri lanka, but not between sri lanka and india, to whom the former will lose at least 7 out of the every 10 times the two sides play.
