India A crush Kenya by 10 wickets
India A turned on the heat and crushed Kenya by 10 wickets in their One-Day triangular match at the Nairobi Gymkhana club on Saturday.
Opening fast bowler Amit Bhandari signalled Kenya's sudden collapse when he ripped out the top order raking three early wickets and leaving the home side all out for 133. Maurice Odumbe (40) was the only batsman to register meaningful runs in the low-scoring game.
India A captain Sairaj Bahutule also took three wickets to ensure a sweet revenge over the hosts after his team was beaten by 20 runs on Thurday.
But it was the Indian prolific opening pair of Gautham Gambhir and Dheeraj Jadhav who made sure the match ended early for the tourists by scoring half centuries.

India is looking for a wicketkeeper who can be good with the bat also. Looks like Mahendra Singh Dhoni, the wicketkeeper batsman of the India A is the one Indian selectors were looking for. He has been taking catches and stumpings by the bagful and with the bat, he has already scored two centuries against Pakistan A in the one day tournament in Kenya.
I will not be surprised if he is selected as the wicketkeeper of India two months from now. If it happens, do not forget you read it here first.

no parthiv patel now. that 12 year old should give up cricket.
for the test series against aus, either dhoni or kartik should be in the indian team. all these 50s came when ind were in a good position and were not under pressure (except his 2nd 50 in the 2nd test v pak). parthiv dont have too many range of shots and his mainly cuts and glides to 3rd man. hecant even play shots on the on-side and cant hit sixes.
ind has tried enough on that 12 year old with no success.

Parthiv Patel is in the team not because of his talent but because of his cute babyface. Sooner or later his honeymoon is bound to get over. He has been dropped from the Indian side that is touring Europe at present. If merit is the criterion then Parthiv Patel does not deserve to find a place in the Indian side.
Ganguly may have backed him so far,but one cannot overlook the fact that there are wicketkeepers in India who are much better than him in wicketkeeping as well as batting.Kartik is the wicketkeeper selected in the Indian team now, but he is getting strong challenge from Dhoni even before Kartik has made his debut.
