Extremely lucky Biman. It must have been touching down at the airport when it happened. Any news link ?

Alternative uses of Biman
Alternative uses of Biman, local folks can use it as a bridge to cross the canal.

The passengers are more lucky than Biman. Practically nobody was seriously hurt except the pilot Capt. Shahana. I am in doubt, whether Biman is maintaining the planes, used in the domestic flights, according to international standards.

I think maybe the runway is a little short. Arent they supposed to be double the length needed to land. Or tripple i dont know. But in the wet the planes need to use the length of the runway. Good humour Ibrahim

May be we are Lucky!
Have you ever fly by this type of plane of Biman in Bangladesh?
I had to fly to Chittagong couple of years back and it was a horrible trip.
When it was running on the runway, it seemed like the plane is going to break in pieces,
because of the unusual shaking. These plane is too old to look inside like an old minibus of Dhaka city.
About the service? We should not talk about that too.
It will be a complete different experience if you fly with Bimans domestic flight.

It may be a better idea to travel 190 km by road than by plane under such weather conditions provided travel by road is comfortable and safe.

I think I'd rather walk and never get there than fly Biman as it is now.

Well how many other crashes has biman had in the recent past. I havent heard of any. More people die on the roads than in planes so i suggest you stick with the planes cricketfan.
