is Rokon or Tushar needed?
I think throughout the zimbabwe series, we are lacking experience in our middle order. in the one-day series we badly need experienced batsmen in no. 5 or 6.
Rokon or Tushar Imran is an option. they can replace Alok or Aftab.
What you guys think?

no. rokon can wait - i don't think we will require his services in the near future.
tushar imran is way out of touch to get back.
alok may be replaced if he doesn't score consistently. however, i generally support giving players time to settle down once they are included. the inclusion of alok was a mistake, but now that we have included him, we have to give him chances - amra nijeder paaye nijerai kural marsi.
as for aftab - give him more chances.

None of them are needed at this point. Rokon had enough chances for his lifetime and never proved any point.

Tushar is not out of touch..........he scored century in the practice match against zimbabwe and backed with another century in a league match

Alok is fine in no 6.
as included once, give him another 1/2 chances.
No need of Al Shahriar or Tushar Imran.
They can not be a good choice over Alok and Aftab.

we should've gone with rana in the first match. now that we haven't, we should give alok a couple of more chances - or else it will be unjust for him.
when rafique and masri come in, we can push pilot to 6.
