don't let your imagination fly.

we are getting better, no doubt, but we still have to long way to go before beating england on their own land. english condition is not suitable for our players and beating zimbos on our own land has very few to do with beating england on their land, except for the mental strength they accure from the past wins against zim. i'd say, no odi win at all. in test, i'll be happy if they can draw a test and when loosing take it to the 5th day.

i am trying to imagine if a test ends up in a draw between bangladesh and england(let alone a bd win).there will be huge backlash against this england side.

english people are proud, even if they dont give much attention to cricket a bad result against bd will create lot of unwanted attention. so just to save their skin, you will see england perform to their level best against bd. so bd batsman can expect the most hostile of fast bowling possible. they can take a loss to india/pak, but to bd, unimaginable.

I hope bd batsman/bowlers show a lot of characters, they can win more fans here just by courage, rather than skill.

One way of trying to draw a match is bat like the 2nd innings in the 2nd test against zimbabwe... that wud ensure our players don't play silly shots (which is really the reason we struggle) and wud bat a lot longer... giving us a chance to draw.

It's a delicate balance... If you're too defensive, then you 'dig yourself into a hole' and lose your wicket through pressured bowling... if you're too attacking then you play rash shots and get out to loose deliveries.....

Inshallah, BD will strike that balance and play successfully.

We'll probably lose every match except the practice tour matches. If they stretch the test matches to 5 days, it will be par for the course.
