Default John Gloster is physio for india

"John Gloster is ready for a different challenge. Recently appointed as India's physiotherapist, he takes his first look at the players during the Challenger Series ODI tournament this week in Mumbai. He had four successful years with Bangladesh before being attracted to the Indian position. In this Cricinfo exclusive, Gloster speaks about his first impressions of Team India and reveals his own plans. "

Why did he leave us? Can't we keep good people ??

I'm sure Dav will leave B'desh as soon as either the Aus/Indian job, maybe the Eng job as well, becomes available. Those are the ripe posts in world cricket, prestige posts. If we can hold on to him for the another 12-18 months, then Richard McInnes (High Performance director) can get the promotion. He will be familiar with many of the current B'deshi players (Aftab, Nafis, Enamul), and as many of his U19 kids & high performance (HP) units kids come through to the national teams it will create a better coach-player atmosphere. I get the feeling many of the current lot fail to understand Whatmore because they didn't go through HP process and communication problems (language). The HP kids and U19 kids will have a closer relationship with McInnes.
