How much you want it?

A test match is lost. What's new? - you ask. The match is lost by 1 wicket - no more, no less.

In order to win a match, EVERYBODY has to give EVERYTHING THEY'VE GOT. Unfortunately, Bangladesh could not give hundred percent till the end and lost whereas Pakistan gave hundred and ten percent and won.

Those extra ten percent include Rashid Latif's desire to win as the captain - no matter how unethical it was. The incident is a different story, but one of the reasons behind Pakistan's victory is this desire to win, this hunger.

Which unfortunately, our players do not have. Any sport is not too far away from the unethical part of life and especially when there is patriotism involved.

We can at least say that our players witnessed such patriotism and it will affect them tremendously in future games.

They have also witnessed the application that Inzamam-Ul-Haq had put in. His last top score before this heroic innings of 138* was only a mere 43. It is true that nobody in our side can match Inzamam's talent or experience, but they at least have learnt something from his innings.

And do not forget, no matter how inexperienced or how improper team combination Bangladesh has in one day cricket, there are still 5 matches ahead against the same team. Which means 5 chances to gain at least 1 victory.
