Bangladesh vs Zimbabwe, ODI 3, 9 Feb 07
Bangladesh narrowly scraped through to win the third ODI with a nail-biting
14 run victory. Put in to bat, Bangladesh stumbled with the loss of two
early wickets but opener Shahriar Nafees and wicketkeeper steadied the
ship with a 100 run 4-th wicket stand. Some lusty hitting from Mashrafe
Mortaza and Tapas Baisya lifted the total to a defendable 228. And defend
they did. It seemed to be going Zimbabwe's way who were 124/3 at one stage.
But with the introduction of spin, the middle order got lead feet and
the last wickets fell for just 12 runs.

Bangladesh vs Zimbabwe, ODI 4, 10 Feb 07
A scintillating 77 ball 92 from Aftab Ahmed and a fighitng 57 from Mushfiqur Rahman helped Bangladesh to a tense 1 wicket win in the 4th and final ODI versus Zimbabwe at Harare. With this win Bangladesh clinches the series 3-1.
Earlier, Zimbabwe put up a fighting 244 helped on by a century stand between Chamu Chibhabha and Sean Williams (both of whom scored half centuries) and by Elton Chigumbura's unbeaten 77. Bangladesh's run chase got into trouble early on with Shahriar Nafees was caught behind for a duck (3/1). Bangladesh were 40/2 when Aftab and Mushfique took the score to 172 and Bangladesh seemed well on her way to victory. But they happen to contrive to almost lose it as wickets kept falling and finally scraped through with just one wicket to spare.
