Rain caused by the depression in the east central Bay prevented any play in the final match of the one-day series between Bangladesh and India in Chittagong.
After three bouts of inspections, umpires finally called off the game as the ground was not in a condition to play. A full house in Chittagong Stadium were utterly disappointed with the outcome as they waited for 4 hours to watch some cricket.
"We feel sorry for the crowd but the ground conditions were just not good enough," said umpire Asoka de Silva.
India have already won the series 2-0 after winning the first two matches in Dhaka. The two teams now play a two-match test series which starts from Friday.
