To use a well worn cliche, it was deja vu all over again. Pakistan bats first. Butt scores a bundle. The Bangladesh top order looks at the ask rate and pokes and prods and returns with alacrity to the "pavillion'. Only some rearguard action by the tail masks the one-sided nature of the match.
