Half-centuries from Junaid Siddique and Mushfiqur Rahim propelled Bangladesh to a respectable 250 all out in the first day of the second and final Test at Supersport Park in centurion today. Junaid's 67 allowed the middle order batsmen to play around him and Mushfiq's aggressive 65 helped Bangladesh to post their highest first innings total since April 2006 as he shared a 56 run partnership in the 10th wicket with Mahbubul Alam.
Mashrafe Mortaza picked up Neil Mackenzie to cap Bangladesh's day and South Africa will resume day 2 trailing Bangladesh total by 230 runs.
