Zimbabwe continued to dominate over a listless Bangladesh as the hosts took a 2-0 lead in the 5 match ODI series by comprehensively defeating the tourists by 7 wickets in the 2nd ODI at Harare Sports Club on Sunday. Zimbabwe chased down Bangladesh's meagre total of 188 in just 44.1 overs to put them on the verge of a series win against the opponent they lost in the last 4 series. Bangladesh were invited to bat first on a batting wicket, but Bangladesh's top order faltered again as they were soon reduced to 58-6 in 18.5 overs. Debutant Nasir Hossain played a patient knock of 63 to bring some sanity to the Bangladesh innings, but at the end it was not enough to challenge a spirited Zimbabwe side which is showing signs of significant improvement in this series.
