Golden ball: Oezil or Sneijder or Forlan
Golden Gloves: Not sure, keeping has been pretty poor.

In this tournament none of the keepers showed extra ordinary performance. In 2002 Kahn (GER) & in 2006 Buffon (ITA) was extra ordinary. According to name Casilas (ESP) is good but not extra ordinary performer of the tournament. I think after all this award will go to the keeper of champion team.

Xavi isn't playing that well in this WC. Iniesta is better so far.

Overall no keeper has really stood out, but that is likely to change in the semis.
The single best performance in a match was Inyeama against Argentina.

They way Casillas performed in Semi FInal against Germany, I think he is the leader to get the Yashin Award. Good Luck to him.
Golden Ball: Sneijder (NED) is the main contestant. If Spain win in the final and Villa can score than he will be another one to get Golden Ball.

The Golden Ball and the Best Goalkeeper awards have gone to the most deserving candidates. Diego Forlan is a legend and so is Iker Casillas.

Cant agree to disagree. Perfect prizes for Perfect Legends and leaders. A fairytale end of a hardworking but low success career of Diego Forlan. And a great achievement for countering all the bashing Casillas has had in the last couple of years.
And Mueller was amazing. Young player was worth it for him. And the Golden boot was like a dream come true
