Google took me to omicronlab support forum and I found the solution.

1. Go to Tools>Options>Content
2. Click on "Advanced" under default fonts and color option
3. Select-

Fonts For = Bengali
Proportional = Serif
Serif = Siyam Rupali
Sans Serif = Siyam Rupali
Monospace = None

4. Restart Firefox

Problems will be solved.

I thought I post the solution up here in case some of you facing the same problem, specially if you are an average computer user like me.

I know it's about writing but I can't read bangla on Samsung galaxy, any help pls?

^ I had similar issue with HTC. But that resolved with upgrading to ICS. Now I can read bangla font.
