IMO, Nurul, as well as Shanto and Yasir, would have benefited more by playing FC matches against visiting India A-team. Currently, we don't really need them for the ODI team, but need to groom them for the Test series. Our team management need to help Nurul get his priorities straight.

We need to see Musfik Hasan and Tanzid Hasan Tamim put on the fast track to the Test team. I'd like to see them debut in the home Test vs Ireland next year.
