Al Amin has the same deal as Shoib Akhtar - hyperflexibility. He does bend at his elbow - but in the other direction. That is legal.

Any bend above 15 degrees is illegal from what I understand. .. can you provide a source for the claim you made ?

Hyperextension by a negative angle is a physical condition. You cant just do it by choice as you are bowling. Hence bending the other way is legal because it is physically impossible for normal people to do it without breaking the arm. Why would you need a source for this?

Some people don't know what hyper-extension is apparently. Al Amin was even suspected but there was no evidence suggesting that he chucked.
Anyways, the reason why he is not being reported further because everyone is well aware that he has hyper-extension so they are aren't bothering to report
