You can go to the site www.betarbanicanada.com to listen live to that prog. You can call during the prog to ask Q(I am not encouraging ppl living outside NA). OR you can post Qs in this forum so that I can ask them on behalf of you. Lemme know guys/gals.

Default My Question to the former players of Bangladesh national and domestic cricket players

Has Bangladesh cricket improved at all since you played in domestic matches of Bangladesh?

Since the entry into the ICC trophy in 1979, Bangladesh have been losing to all non test playing teams like - Canada, Denmark (1979), Bermuda, Papua New Guinea (1982), Malaysia, East Africa, Denmark (1986), Netherlands (1990), United Arab Emirates, Netherlands, Kenya(1994) and ofcourse to present test playing nation Zimbabwe.

Besides, Bangladesh also lost to Canada in 1996 in Canada.

And now they have lost to Namibia, Bangladesh being a superior team, or rather a superior team on paper.

Default Questions

What do they think of Pilot's captaincy ?

If they have channels, can they ask BCB to put more effort into the national league. Main thing, increase the number of matches, go back to the old format.
Since all the matches were played IN dhaka this year, no problem leaving two of the districts and adding four of the top Dhaka teams. Or let Dhaka have 2 teams and ADD Bangladesh u-19 in the league.

Do they think that most of our problem is Psychological (sp) - is this a we are not a "brave" nation unless our back is against the wall kinda deal ?

Default more questions

1. what really was bulbul's problem when he went public with comments against pilot?

2. how do they rate pilot's captaincy, after all he is the only consistent performer

3. can they tell us frankly how the bcb operates - is it more like the mafia or do they think it functions properly. press them hard and don't accept standard BS answers like "we are a poor country, bcb is improving, etc."

4. who will get fired if bangladesh lose one or both matches against canada and kenya?

5. who are the promising up and coming players not on the national or A team?

6. why doesn't bangladesh play in the ranji trophy or other domestic leagues in india, sri lanka or pakistan?

7. do they really think bangladesh is better than kenya/canada/namibia/el salvador or have they, too, been smokin' crack like the rest of us???

(ok don't ask this last one)

Default Rafiq bhai

I wonder if they have those info. After all, they are mostly NRBs now and BCB has a mind of its own.

However, thewy are former players and might have good connection with other BCB officials in diff shape or form. So, ask away.

Default :)

rafiq,

I will try to ask as politely as possible the questions you posted. Some of the political issues might not be on the show as it is on national broadcast.

fwullah,

I will surely post the answers and relevant news.

Tehsin,

I think nehal vai still has the connection of current BD selection committee.

My Question...

How can we, fans of BD cricket, reach BCB? There is a big number of fans here from all around the world, our voices should be heard. How?

Default ask the tough questions please

sheshprohor you mentioned political questions on a national broadcast. they aren't political questions, just tough ones and can be asked politely. these guys are not representing bcb or pilot or bulbul or anyone else but themselves, it's not like they are at fault. but these are the questions people have on their mind when it comes to bangladesh cricket.

whether you want to ask them or not is totally up to you. thanks for taking them in any case
