Yes Friend does deserve a place in the State squads. Maybe he can play NSW 2ndXI is that possible.

Grade cricket as in the club's have 1st grade, 2nd grade, 3rd grade, 4th grade, u40s, taverners etc...grade cricket refers to club cricket
