Default Mohammad Sami

I'm sure this is the current discussion in one of the half a dozen other Pakistani threads but i'll start my own. I haven't seen this guy play but looking at scorecards and things ppl have said he supposedly has potential. He was Kent's second international player alongside one Muttiah Muralitharan. They must think or have thought a lot of him

Sami is overrated. His recent performance says it all.

Sorry, forgot to add it in my previous thread that speed and pace is not countable without consistant bowling pitched at the right place. The more quicker the ball comes, the more faster it will be thrashed back to boundary and that's what happening with this so called express bowler sami.

the reason kent have signed him again is because of his pace. he clocked 155kph in the test series and 156kph in the ODIs so far. At present he is the 2nd fastest in the world after shoaib since brett lee has lost all his pace cause of injury.

last season sami took 15 wickets for 90 runs in a single game for kent which is probably why theyve signed him again.

Even nasser hussain has said that sami is the quickest hes faced in the county circuit.

not a single PAK fan has rated sami cause he is still too inconsistent but youve seen what can do when in full flow.

Shoaib at present is our only world class bowler.

Go to pakistani boards and all guys there even dont rate sami cause of his inconsistency. hes a hot or cold bowler. Even shabbir is rated higher than sami now and i reckon is our most under rated bowler. kaneria is still young but has potential to become to worlds best leggie once warne retires.

I'm sure I heard you say something similiar to that in another topic. By the way what are some Pakistani discussion forums?
