Default What the tigers need....

My views on how to better our current ODI side.....

1) Tamim - Get BCB to deduct 30 % of his monthly salary every time he score anything under 50, take off 50 % every time he scores under 50 in Chittagong and take off 100% every time he scores a duck!

2) Imrul - Unfortunately the ‘Javed Omer in the making’ made 17 runs last match which means he will be in the team for another 17 years. But not to worry coz I’ve found a way for us fans to sit through his torture without dying….Bring Back original JO and bat him at no.3. Batting with/alongside Javed Omer will make Kayes look like Gayle/Yuvraj/Morgan etc.

3) Aftab - Get him married again!!! The little fella was in the form of his life when he first got hitched back in 2007 just before T20 WC.

4) Mushy - Needs to do stretches every day and work at it progressively. Lack of flexibility is killing the wicketkeeper behing stumps. I would also strongly recommend Pilates for him, few sessions here and there will make his legs longer in no time (running between wickets and run outs will not be an issue then). Alternatively he could go for leg lengthening surgery.

5) Shakib - Someone (possibly Miraz bhai) e-mail him a link of the ICC all rounder rankings. Assure him that the chances of Mahmudullah over taking him as leading all rounder are -0.6774233459%. Therefore Its OK to bowl him for more than 2 overs.

6) Mahmudullah (Mr Shoba) - Urgent plea to all BC mods and staff….Lift the ban off his missus. This might enable her to take him back...he was going smoothly until she dumped him. The guy is in desperate need of some Lady Luck!!! Please do it before the test series start otherwise it may be too late!

7) Nayeem - Lifetime supply of Yuvi’s ‘Revitalise’ should give him enough strength to hit Chokka’s on a regualr basis and dominate the batting PP. just out of curiosity, when was the last time Chokka nayeem hit a six?? In Zimbabwe??

8) Shuvo- ?

9) Razzak - Tigers should play England and Engalnd Only from now onwards!!!! Lala seems to be at his best against the English!

10) Shafiul - So far so good……but I feel that he doesn’t have the attitude of a fast bowler. Needs to up the tempo on his ‘grunting’ (talk to Shahadat… get some tips!) and ‘glaring’ angrily at opposition ( talk to Rubel….get some tips!)

11) Rubel- He should personally go to Mashrafe’s house and ask for forgiveness on behalf of the entire team, followed by going down on his knee and begging mash to come back, then gracefully giving up his place to make way for the narail express

please feel free to add your thoughts....

Except Shakib and Mushfiq, all are not committed. Mushfiq makes mistake but try hard. Shakib continues to strive hard and perform well. Rest don't care, if any success comes their way fine if not who cares, there is no quality (international level) player to replace them any way.

Tigers need the winning attitude, which will help them avoid silly mistakes and basic errors. They got the abilities to trap big fishes, just need the maturity and experience. Progress so far might have been appearing snail-paced, but they are moving ahead for sure. I have faith on some guys like Tamim, Mashrafe, Shakib, Razzak and Mushfiq. But we need more hard work to become a good finisher at the top level. Lets hope for the best.
