"I wanted to use Mominul or Nasir, but they had a partnership going till the 35th over," Mushfiqur said. "Using occasional bowler against set batsmen would have been tough on them given the fielding restrictions these days."

This is what he said after the 3rd odi. Are beta, you use a part timer to break a Partnarship, not against a new batsman to get their eye in. I'm sure his excuse will be same today too.

Ever heard of the term "partnership breaker" Mushy? We have a master of that term in Sir Ash.

Seriously, should've brought in Nasir when it was 13th-14h over! I cant believe he even thought about bringing back Rubel!

Shahadat and Rubel are turning out to be worst bowlers in the history of cricket.

Mushy turns out to be the worst captain in the history of cricket in terms of using bowlers. HaBa was better than him. Mushy just executes the dressing room plan made before the match.

Alright. Mushy is being dumb here, but what is our coach doing? He could say to Mushy, "Look, I think you could use some overs from the part timers when the front line bowlers are being expensive". His job includes that as well I believe.

SJ is no good at all. The strategy which we saw during WI series from Saqlain, not SJ.

I am not gonna give more time to SJ. It's really getting pathetic!

Mushy totally sucks as a captain. He does not know how to use the bowler at all. Why don't you give part timer few overs during middle period. Who ever bowl could not be worse than Shahadat or Rubel.

Mushi is dumb? dont mind with that, but who said bowlers to give 26 extras? who said to to bowl more than 2 overs wides? Who said to bowl short balls to our pacers? who said to misfield and missing run outs? Blaming Mushi will not help our bowling and game like these.

Most of those extra runs were given by our pacers. Mushy saw how poor the two pacers bowl during opening spell. Why did he use them in the slog overs?

Mushy just didn't use Nasir or any other part timer option. Our pacers have been giving runs at more than 7 runs per over throughout this series. We noticed this. Didn't he?

There is reason why BD called as minnow and rightly so. A captain can do jack with craps all around, captain included could be called as such at best. Then again the outcome remain the same in a long run with craps around. We fans are insane in that sense too.

I highly doubt a parter would've given up 58 runs in those last 4 overs! Rahim better hear about this or he will never learn. This is some BS textbook cricket.

I have come to the conclusion that Mushy suffers from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Examples:
- Ignoring part timers constantly
- Picking Shahadat; and
- Yeah Definitely

Still the man for the job but he needs to learn and learn fast.
He can be very obvious at times and cracks under pressure.
Should have used part timers and MUST NOT have left the few overs to Shahadat and Rubel.
Had he used Nasir/Mominul/Ash/ for 2-3 overs between 12-15 overs, he could have gone back to Gazi and Raz for the death overs.

Poor stuff but I hope he would learn from this mistakes.

It's basic cricket to know that when your "starters" go for runs, you cover their overs by bringing in part-timers. That's a part-timers job. This is nothing new. I thought he was the U-19 captain. What kodu did he learn about captaincy after all these years?

And anyone who thinks Nasir or Mominul or whoever would be more expensive than Rubel and Shahdada is a dumbeff in my book.

I also hope he would learn. But I have a fear that he would not. In the Asia cup final, he did the same mistake. Shahadat gave 18 runs in that over which costed us the cup. He did the same thing in this ODI series as well.

But we have to remain hopeful. Cause we have no other way.

Zia bowled reasonably , albeit better than Sharapova when he played last. Now, what the heck SH done that our beloved captain included him in the best XI?? I am clueless.

i heard atahar saying before the match that bd was looking for real pace bowler for the t20, not the medium/military ones.. so rubel and shahadat both will play.
