New Zealand are 295/6 after 90 overs. Looks like the Pakistanis need to adjust to the conditions more, especially Sami with the extras. Pakistan batsmen would need to really concentrate in their innings to challenge what looks to be a big NZ total.

Fleming answered the questions about his fitness
Stephen Fleming hit a stylish century as New Zealand progressed to 295-6 on day one of the first Test against Pakistan in Hamilton.
The Kiwi captain, who only confirmed his fitness the day before the game, hit 20 fours in his unbeaten 125.
Pakistan fought back with four wickets after tea but it was not the start they had hoped for after winning the toss and putting New Zealand into bat.
But they were weakened by the absence of injured paceman Shoaib Akhtar.
He pulled out of the match because of calf and hamstring problems
Skipper Inzamam-ul-Haq's decision to put the Kiwis in paid off initially as Lou Vincent edged a ball from Shabbir Ahmed in the sixth over and was caught by Inzamam for eight.
But Fleming responded with some positive strokeplay and Pakistan's cause was not helped by 26 no-balls in the first two sessions - half of them by Mohammad Sami.
Fleming, who was notching up his sixth Test century, shared stands of 99 and 100 with Mark Richardson and Scott Styris.
Richardson survived two close calls before trying his luck once too often and being run out by Umar Gul at the bowler's end after calling Fleming for a quick single.
Pakistan had a chance to pick up a third wicket before tea but new batsman Styris was dropped by Abdul Razzaq off Gul.
And he went on to make 33 before being caught by Taufeeq Umar off spinner Danish Kaneria.
The same combination also accounted for Craig McMillan six overs later after he hit two sixes in scoring 22 at a rate of a run per ball.
Chris Cairns and Jacob Oram had brief stays at the crease before Robbie Hart steadied New Zealand, seeing out the final 10 overs of the day.
Shabbir was the most successful of the inconsistent Pakistan bowlers, finishing the day with figures of 3-51.
