Default Why is Faruk a selector?

Faruk during his playing days was a big loser....one of the worst players in the team his average should be in the region of a single figure if I am not wrong....now for those in the know of the team can you please explain why he is a selector....as it can be seen losers pick losers like farhad reza.

sidekicks i reckon .....but the chief selector is Faruk...and he has a disastrous record as a player....so there is no credibility when a loser like him picks the team abd obviously his decisions are clearly biased as proven by Reza selection(i read in another thread that apparently he is a relative)

Don't expect democracy or deligation of power in BCB, so I am guessing very little role of Basher and Nannu besides cashing the monthy cheque.

That's why you see BCB chairman speaks out in team matters, no visibility or noice from any of the the middle management in BCB... looks like the BCB's chain of command is: from Papon to "Coach, Captain and players".

Wondering with this team crisis that is going on for a month, where is Lipu, Jajal, Akram, Bashar, Nannu, etc hiding? Also we haven't seen the coach more in the spotlight that often and give an explaination where things are going wrong and what mitigating action he is planning to take. What we have seen is Rahim in the media, and he is making things ever worst with his outragous excuses and explainations.

I reckon Athar would make a good selector....he has a decent record and always seems to talk sense and show knowledge when he is commentating

BCB needs to investigate about faruk's Generator business. This is a conflict of interest.
