BCB Directors have disappeared !
Quote:
All directors of BCB seem disappeared. This is a very crucial time for BCB, they should be present and monitor properly the deal of appointing new Coach for Tigers.

Translating is really tough job for me. But I have translated the magnet part, that is the important part of it. The rest is described about all directors doing what and where.

Man.. reporters in BD... he is assuming that they didn't go and wrote a big article on it. Jalal Younis is working on getting connection with coaches in England.

চুম্বক অংশ != magnet part
Gotta love your spirit. In future, though, translate "magnet" part as "gist" or "Highlight"

Typical. I believe every word of it from personal experience and observation since 2002!

Beginning of the off season, absolutely no cricket around, end of a busy period that included hosting the world cup, busy year ahead, I see no harm done if the Directors are having a week off.
More so, as pointed earlier, Tutul and Jalar are in England to deal with the coach issue.
Communication and liasion can be maintained over phone/email etc. No need for everyone to stick next to each other and debate everyday about who's gonna be the next coach.
A bit of knee jerk reaction in my opinion.

Don't forget though that the role of a Director is NOT generally full-time job. A Board of Directors is constituted for general governance. You have the CEO and his line command who is responsible for the day-to-day operational control of the BCB. Of course, in mogher mulluk Bangladesh, proper corporate governance is an illusion and things run contrary to how they should and need be run.
