Default Who's going to be involved at the next U/19s World Cup?

I'm guessing Junaid Siddique is still eligible.

Rabiul Karim should be involved, if his Dhaka League performances are any sort of guide.

Suhrawardi Shuvo and Marshall Ayub were born in Novemeber and December 1988 respectively, and this would seem to make them ineligible by a few months.

Can anyone provide some other names? Are there any decent bowlers we should be aware of?

EDIT: We've come up with the following names

Rabiul Karim
Mohammed Azim
Dolar Mahmud
Suhrawardi Shuvo
Marshal Ayub

And possibly Tamim Iqbal.

I understand Mohammed Azim is eligible for the next one. Fast bowler who apparently bowls 80mph+

Too old. Although the way he's been performing, he'll be in the Test team by then anyway.

Vaguely remember the name. He's never played in our first class league by the look of it.

So far we've established that the following players are going to this World Cup:

Rabiul Karim
Mohammed Azim

Bugger. We might to have to fight it out for the plate in this one.

Junaed was a backup when Nafis Iqbal and Mohammad Ashraful were the superstar of under 19. So he is definitely out. Raqibul Hasan played the last under-19 world cup as an opener.

A player has to be born on or after September 1, 1988 to be eligible to play in 2008 U/19 WC. According to birth dates in cricinfo, Marshal, Dolar, Suhrawadi, Tamim, and Mushfiq are eligible to play in the tourny. But, Mushfiq has a different birth date in TigerCricket.

I suspect they won't bother sending Tamim but I'd really love to see what he'd do to those attacks.

Marshal, Dolar and Shuvo will be our stalwarts I'm guessing, along with Rabiul Karim.

I'll be following Karim's domestic form with interest.

Rabiul Karim
Mohammed Azim
Dolar Mahmud
Suhrawardi Shuvo
Marshal Ayub

And possibly Tamim but IMO almost certainly not.

Oh well. If this lot are as good as they're cracked up to be, they'll only need 5 players anyway.
