J'accuse BCB...!
J'accuse BCB... -of total incompetence -of being guity of not using their grey matter to maximize winning chances by paying for UDRS in the last England test series -of not giving a damn that the "OFFICIAL WEBSITE" tends to be down whenever fans try to access it -of trying to lead an international team yet not siphoning funds to buy bowling machine -of not monitoring pitch curator Gamini de Silva's for his idiotic pitch formation -of not finishing the project for an electronic scoreboard in SBNS and jumbo tron tv -of being terribly underprepared for World Cup preparations, a trifle matter they may have forgotten during meetings and gala events in LaVinci I perchance? -of not giving the damn to delineate their expenditures or budgets in the website J'accuse BCB of running this an ekchetiya Lotus Kamal megastar show while forgetting the true reason for him being there.
J'accuse BCB of being a worthless turmor for our sports management which is only sabotaging the team from within.
Let's cut the foreplay here Mr Lotus Kamal....I've taken many hobbies in my life art, kali, violin, cooking - one recurring advice came from the instructors was: STOP BEING STINGY!!!! If you want something to grow, you have to have to have to invest money in them. True we are a poor, underdeveloped country, but what's repugnant is the poor, underdeveloped state of mind that we harbor. We fans want to know what happens to every single paisa and at ana that BCB fondles...handles.
BCB............ J'accuse you of trechery!!

Bring back Macky Dudhia. Current BCB is a farce of a professional organization.

Ok, don't bother about Dudhia, he has been hired by Dubai Sports City, BCB can't afford him anymore. But, for God's sake, find a competent CEO!

Change...we can believe in. It irks me that we don't have a bowling machine in our country. That was the prime reason. Then rest of the reasons followed suit.

I hate to be negative, but signs of incompetence are all over BCB.
While the Government is dreaming (or letting us dream) about the so called ‘Digital Bangladesh’ (it’s so painful when our Governments keep bullshitting about something which should be one of our primary national targets to beat poverty; both financial and intellectual poverty), BCB is just unable to maintain a website.
Bangladesh has produced thousands of IT graduates in the last decade or so and it’s SHOCKING to see that BCB can’t even hire one of them to maintain an official website. What’s more shocking that they are unable to acknowledge their incompetence about not only understanding technology but also the very thing they should understand, cricket.
Can BCB hear our frustration?

No competent CEO would be interested to work with BCB.

I dont really understand why you keep forgetting BCB is a Bangladeshi organisation. How many organisations do we have in our country that are competent?

I swear by God, sometimes I get surprised when I think BCB has a website.

May we Banglacricket members be assigned as members of BCB. We would take total control. Not to forget we are more in numbers and 10^10 times intelligent Loitta Peoples. Comeon, whats the use of such important status when you have no brain.

Cricket fans of Bangladesh is frustrated with the cricket organization. Imagine citizen of Bangladesh and their frustration with the Govts we had for the 300 hundred years. All "shoshok goshthhi" are the same.
+++
Competent (honest) CEO: can not survive in our country in any Govt. or semi Govt. sectors. He has to have the quality of "tel malish", "pa chata", "yes sir". There goes the competency out the window.
How can I get a free trip and get my family vacation package? - MPs. BCB here we come to monitor the team.
Where can we get money (funding) to finance something that benefits us or what we have spent to get to our current position? - MPs, Board members. ICC build our infra structure.
If we the people, fans don't do anything things will get worse. For starters, Zee send the piece to daily star. They will publish it.

Who knows it better than them? The priority is their own growth... so currently they are doing it pretty well I guess. I find no room for improvement

Now i get it.
Professional (in BD context) means someone who gets a paycheck for working (allegedly) full time. Not their actions. HHS.

That's certainly one way to define Professionalism. Won't be long till we hear ,"Look people, I'm a professional Facebook user. I stare at Facebook al day and get a hefty pay-check at the months end."
HHS.
