We Won 3rd ODI Against WI Becasue....
Oh, one can tell what is this! Where is the reason behind it! But I should feel my feelings. My feeling is we won the third ODI against WI because Ashraful was not in the line up.

We won because opponents took us lightly in the most unimportant match .... We did win two unimportant ODIs against Zim also.
Well, it's not bad. We are in the second phase of our developments; that we have started winning the unimportant matches of the series... If we can do it consistently we will some day inshallah start winning the important one's as well.

I didn't watch the match but by the looks of it west indies were taken aback by the conditions in chittagong. The soggy, slow, low, turn helped our spinners and perhaps west indies was expecting similar condition to mirpur.

We won because our boys were finally loose. We tend to play well in a dead rubber.

yes WI took us lightly becuase our superstars (Alok, Ashraful, Razzak) were not there. So thans to our non-playing superstars for confusing the oppoenent and help us winning the mental game.

Makes sense. In this situation we should have two ODIs in Chittagong and one in Dhaka.

CTG stadium is our lucky ground. So we should play all our matches.

We won because --
1. Nazmul bowled brilliantly with tight line and got an early breakthrough.
2. Shafiul found some rhythm and both bowlers frustrated Samuels which finally got him out.
3. Slow pitch helped Nasir and Shak to get more wickets
4. Mushys attacking fielding also helped.

We picked up early wickets and exposed their tail.
We actually utilized the two new balls.
The wicket spun severely.
It was ZACS.
It was poetic justice of nature.

Got rid of the deadwoods, although brought in another deadwood in the side (Mofees)
Suited pitch
Poor WI batting
Nasir + Shak magic with the ball
Good fielding
Good captaincy
Sensible batting in the end

I also liked Mushy's attacking intent. HaBa would never had the balls to set such close fielders even after the 9th wicket.

we won because the condition suited us. first time ball spun... and got read of the better spin players (one by injury the other by pacers which the pacers couldn't do earlier games. I always thought we should pick nazmul in ODIs.

Our real Tigers performed well thats the reason.
Shak, Tamim, Mushy and now the new cub Nasir.
We are in good shape for future.
We need some pacers thats all.

But WI were allout at 61 in this dead rubber. I think this another record for them and for us as well.
