Bangladesh should focus on Improvement on First class cricket

This is my personal opinion i want to share with everyone.
we should focus on development of first class cricket to improve our cricket and develop as a cricket nation.
our first class teams such as Chittagong ,Rajshahi should play against first class teams of India, sri lanka, pakistan or even associate teams to improve their performance, i am sure we have many talented crickets in domestic league but we need to develop them before throwing them into the national side.
The national players are not playing domestic cricket except Dhaka premier league 50 overs league.
Where as other parts of the world the national team players are consistently playing domestic league.
we can see the domestic First class records has some good upcoming players i would give example of Nazimuddin who did well in first class games which is the reason he played well during the pakistan series.

we can also have a separate Test team and one day team would also be a good solution to this test cricket problem for Bangladesh.
