BD Umpiring:(

Don't know what to say... none of our umpires has been picked for the upcoming world cup, this is very disappointing. I thought E. H Moni should be included in this event. However, the quality and performance of our umpires are below par. Even we did not do a better job as an third umpire. They have given some shocking decisions both on field and off field. In addition, local umpiring is degrading day by day...now ppl are pointing to their integrity. recently shakib was charged for his misbehaviour as the umpire declined his legitimate appeal. Club owners and BCB are blaming to each other, playing nasty bd politics. Following interview depicts our cricket politics..shame!

Wouldn't be surprised if there's a bit of truth there. But I'd take this with a grain of salt. Might be the whining of a sore loser.

Glad no bd umpire in the wc. I see nothing wrong as all our umpires are below par. Thats a fact!

"Say no to corruption"! Oh irony!

BCB under Paap-on is synonymous to corruption. A cheat and a national disgrace like Nadir Shah is allowed to OFFICIATE again and that , too, with an standing ovation! Our umpires are totally impotent and incompetent (except, Saikat and a handful). "Umpires" like Nadir, Moni and Anisur epitomize all that is wrong with our board. If I was Lutfur Rahman I would directly write to ICC and bring it to their attention.

I don't want to see any BD umpires (except, perhaps, Saikat) officiating any international matches.

I think it's better not to include any Bangladeshi umpire as they are a n embarrassment to the colour. They will balatkar us in front of a global audience. It's more than enough that our players already embarrass us, we dont need umpires to do the same.

our team, our players are mostly below par, it is not easy to expect world class umpires from us.
