India has used it as a great benefit. It reduces injuries & it improves explosiveness in the twitch muscles which are important in both batting and bowling.

I'm not going to say that its casual that Shakib performed the way he did because he got into the best shape of his career but I think it played a role.

Our players look fit but we have had too many injuries and we played unfit players quite often.

Although I am certain people like Tamim would FAIL the test.
