If it's not on TV I don't think cricinfo will provide ball by ball, as unless it was on radio, someone would have to be at the ground?
I'm not really sure how the ball by ball coverage works. I know during the Zimbabwe series as soon as the TV coverage was off, so was the ball by ball, but maybe in Asia they have people on-site?

Normally Cricinfo provides txt coverage live from the gorund. In Zim-Bd series it was a different issue. M Williamson had mentioned that the gorunds in Zim are not standard enough to provide the live coverage. Probably the reason was there was no internet access in Harare that time.

Never been there, but from everything I've read and seen, Harare Sports Club is of a very good standard. But maybe you're right, maybe the power outages were causing the internet to drop out on a regular basis.
