This is not your picture. In fact you do not even own this picture.The picture is owned and copyright by someone else as pointed out in this thread itself. Hence your claim to own the copyright over photo and offering license to others for its use shows that you do not have any knowledge of copyright matters. It is legal matter and you may land in big trouble claiming to own the photo whose intellectual property rights are owned by www.indiainfo.com

Just because the administrators of this site have been lenient with you in dealing with your plagiarisation in the past does not mean that you can expect similar leniency in a copyright matter.

It cannot be the photo of nishy unless he is a transvestite. :P
In the past he was making us believe that it is the photo of his girl friend. Now that we know that it is the photo of a Tamil film actress, it blows the lids off the claims of the last vestige of originality from nishy.

I hope the administrators have nishy on their watch list. He is not much different from the much banned misal/nisha/cricket friend/Habibul_bashar etc etc

If it can be used under license from trisha Nishy then it is assumed that trisha Nishy has the copyright for it. if you have bought the copyright from indiainfo.com then only you can offer it under license. If you have not bought the copyright then you are using it illegally and the copyright owner may take action against you for offering their property to others under your license.

and she did make it clear that the pic isnt hers, and the copyright thing was just to let us know she doesnt want anyone else to use the avatar, although anyone would definitely have the right to. however, there's no valid reason behind bothering her with it.

nishy started posting on this forum on 21 July 2004 by opening a new thread " Joke of the week" in the "Forget Cricket" section. His first 19 posts in 3 days were about man eating dogs and dog eating men.

On 25 July 2004, his post said

There has been no mention in his posts that he had a sex change when he came alive again on 27 July 2004. So unless he specifically declares it so, the regular visitors to the "Forget Cricket" section cannot be taken for a ride by his protestations that he has suddenly transformed into a girl.
