vetori admitting shakib is good...

Vettori was also impressed with Shakib's batting, "We all knew Shakib would come out playing like he did in the first innings. We expected to bowl better at him but it wasn't to be. The way he performed in this Test match, it's no wonder that he is so highly regarded." dailystar.

Cool Mahmudullah

Mahumudullah Riyad is currently 18th on all-rounder rankings and rising fast..he'll be in top ten soon

Shakib deserves to be where he is currently at...he's clearly more effective than Swann and Johnson...but he will just need to keep doing his job and once Kallis retires, he'll be no.1..he'll beat vettori by then. More importantly, he'll be leading a great team in a couple of years

It's probably because of this that now even new zealand commentators are showing notice in him. Did any1 hear on the fifth day them discussing him coming to new zealnd and playing. They think he would be quite a good asset and apparently relatively cheap for his actually value in a team. With that along with county cricket in england, shakib will inshllah continue improving. I want him near the top in test batting and odi batting aswell.

In near future we have a realistic chance to have 3 all rounders among world top 10 in ODI : Shakib , Mahmudullah and Naeem

You mean he cannot pad his stats against BD? Hopefully, with the rate of improvement BD is showing, this will cease to be a handicap soon.
